Det går inte att paxa, varken sittgrupper eller, grillar
På förekommen anledning vill vi gärna förtydliga att man inte kan paxa, varken grillar eller, sittgrupper på gården. Såklart kan man börja duka på en sittgrupp och då ska det ju få vara kvar för den festfixaren. Men inga lappar gäller för sittgrupper. Vad det gäller grillar är de så stora att man med fördel kan dela med sina grannar om det skulle behövas. Kanske också samsas om samma kol eftersom det i allmänhet är glöd längre än vad man själv behöver. Det är dessutom ett fantastiskt bra sätt att lära känna sina grannar att dela grill en solig sommardag.
Vi har nu fått elstödet
Bostadsrättsföreningen har nu sökt och fått elstöd från staten. Det är på 50 öre per kWh. Det avser ett år och kommer att betalas ut till boende för det senaste årets förbrukning i enlighet med varje boendes egen förbrukning. Det kommer att göras i form av att avdrag på månadsavgiften/hyran. Vi försöker få igenom det så snart som möjligt, men det påverkas av vår ekonomiska förvaltares rutiner och tidsramar. Arbetshypotesen är att det ska synas på augusti- eller septemberavin.
Hiss 98/102 renoveras akut
På grund av helt nödvändiga reparationer kommer hissen på Götgatan 98/102 vara avstängd från 28 till senast 30 juni. Dessa reparationer måste göras skyndsamt och vi har därför inte kunnat avisera längre i förskott. Vi beklagar eventuellt besvär för alla boende. Vattenavstängning hel natt i port 114 och 116
På grund av den omfattande ombyggnad som sker i Ringens Shopping behöver två tappvattenstammar flyttas. Det berör Götgatan 114 och 116. Inga andra delar av fastigheten påverkas. Vattnet stängs av hela natten mellan 27 och 28 juni, dvs 22.00 till 06.00. Det är ett omfattande arbete. Därför krävs längre tid. Följ instruktioner på anslag om att tappa upp vatten och inte använda toaletten under avstängningen. Vi beklagar alla olägenheter!
Nu är bärbuskhörnan klar
Bärbuskhörnan vår nya gröna oas på gården. Vad som hänt sedan sist är att vi fått ett nytt plommonträd, samt att det kommit till ramp, stolar, bord, dynor, parasoll och att det därmed blivit en riktigt härlig relaxhörna. I en låda finns dynor och trädgårdssaker för odlingsgruppen. Notera att möblerna på soldäcket inte får flyttas därifrån. Vi ändrar bokningsreglerna för Kvadraten
Om man bokar fest- och minikonferenslokalen Kvadraten har man hittills haft tillgång till den 8.00 till 22.00 (fredagar och lördagar till 23:00). Vi har upplevt att det blir stressigt att städa på kvällen om man har kvällsevenemang. Vi ändrar därmed nu bokningsreglerna och man har i stället tillgång till lokalen 12.00 bokningsdagen till 12.00 dagen efter. Därmed finns det chans att städa dagen efter. Dock ändras inte reglerna för när aktiviteten ska vara slut. Det gäller fortfarande 22.00 på vardagar och 23.00 på fredagar och lördagar. Det börjar gälla nya bokningar från och med nu och framtida bokningar som redan är gjorda, om inte den som bokar motsätter sig det. I så fall gäller de gamla bokningsreglerna.
Lite mindre stressigt när du hämtar tvätt i tvättstugan
Reglerna för bokning av tvättstugan har hittills inneburit att din access via nyckelbrickan tar slut samtidigt som bokningstiden. Vi har nu ändrat det och du har tillgång till tvättstugan 30 minuter efter ditt bokade pass. Då behöver du inte bli utelåst från din tvätt om du kommer en minut efter din bokade tid. Nytt också är att man får använda torkmaskinerna under dessa 30 minuter efter sin pass.
Har du svårt att få ordning på alla räkningar - välj autogiro för din viktigaste utgift
Det är påtagligt många boende som fortfarande får sin månadsavi som pappersfaktura. Det kostar mycket för föreningen och leder påtagligt ofta till för sena betalningar med tråkiga påminnelseavgifter, inkassokrav mm. Hör av dig till din bank eller SBC och ordna autogiro så behöver du aldrig oroa dig för din viktigaste utgift – boendet, om du bara har pengar på kontot. Välj gärna också e-faktura eller Kivra så vi slipper så många postala utskick.
Entrén mot Dalslandsgatan 2 ska fixas till
För några år sedan fixade vi ju till entréerna mot Götgatan och Ringvägen. Nu har turen kommit till den hårt belastade entrén mot Dalslandsgatan 2 i vårt nordvästra hörn. Där ska läggas hårt Terrazzo-golv liknande som finns i andra entréer och fixas till ytskikt. Förhoppningsvis ska det inte störa för mycket och en rimlig möjlighet till passage kan nog ordnas. Men välj gärna andra vägar ut på Dalslandsgatan, tex Dalslandsgatan 4 och 6.
Vi ställer in juli månads medlemstimme
I vanlig ordning ställer vi in juli månads medlemstimme och välkomnar er efter sommaren torsdagen den 3 augusti 18.00.
Glad sommar och välkommen på 40-årsfest efter sommaren
Från styrelsens sida vill vi önska er alla en glad sommar oavsett om ni är i vårt underbara kvarter eller på annat håll. När vi kommit tillbaka efter sommaren planerar vi en större 40-årsfest på gården eftersom det här kvarteret började byggas 1981 och blev klart 1983, dvs för exakt 40 år sedan. Väl värt att fira eller hur? Men först en underbar sommar! 😊

No reserving of tables, benches or BBQs
Please do not reserve barbecues, tables or benches in the yard. Of course, you can start setting the table on the day of your event and that space may then be used for your party. But no “reserving” the outdoor furniture hours or days ahead. As for the barbecues, they are easily large enough to share with your neighbours if necessary. You could even share the coal so neither party has to use more than they need. Sharing a barbecue on a sunny summer day is also a fantastic way to get to know your neighbours.
We have now received electricity compensation
The association has applied for and received electricity compensation from the government of 50 öre per kWh. This covers one year and will be paid out to residents in proportion to each household’s consumption over the past year. You will receive it as a reduction in your monthly fee or rent. We are trying to get it paid out as soon as possible within the constraints of our economic manager's processes. The working hypothesis is that it should be visible on your August or September fee notice.
Lift 98/102 requires emergency repairs
Due to emergency repairs, the lift in Götgatan 98/102 will be out of service from the 28th to the 30th of June. These repairs are acutely needed so we have not been able to provide longer notice. We regret the inconvenience caused. Do contact us at info@rektangeln22.se if you have questions.
Water shut-off during one night in entries 114 och 116
Due to the major renovations in Ringens Shopping, two water mains need to be relocated. This affects Götgatan 114 and 116 but no other part of the property. The water will be turned off during the whole night from 27th to 28th of June from 22:00 to 06:00. It is a major task, hence the long outage. Follow the instructions on the notice boards to stock up on water and not use the toilet during the outage. We regret the inconvenience caused!
The wild berry arbour is done
The wild berry arbour is our new green oasis in the yard. New since the last update are a plum tree, ramp, chairs, table, cushions, and sun umbrella. It is now a place for proper relaxing! There is a chest containing chair cushions and garden implements for the planting group. Please note that the furniture on the sun deck must not be moved elsewhere. If you want access to the cushions just ask someone from the board, planting group, Lasse or email info@rektangeln22.se to get the code.
The booking rules for Kvadraten are changing
Previously, when booking our party and conference area, Kvadraten, access has been from 08:00 to 22:00 (23:00 on Fridays and Saturdays). This has led to a certain amount of stress to get the facility cleaned directly after the event. We are therefore changing the booking times to go from 12:00 on the day of booking to 12:00 the day after. In other words, you can now do the cleaning the day after if desired. Note however that the rules for when the event should finish are still the same – 22:00 weekdays and 23:00 Fridays and Saturdays, out of respect for neighbours. These new rules will be applied to all new bookings. Existing bookings keep the old rules unless you explicitly ask for them to be changed (as this is a manual process).
Less stress when collecting your laundry
The rules for booking the laundry rooms have until now meant that your access to the facility ends at the same time as your booking. We have changed this so that access to the laundry now ends 30 minutes after your booking slot. In other words you no longer need to unnecessarily book the slot after if you are late to collect your washing. You may also use the drying machines during these 30 minutes if needed.
If keeping bills in order is difficult – choose autogiro
A remarkable number of residents still receive their monthly fee notice on paper. This costs the association a lot and, noticeably, leads to late payments, unnecessary reminder fees and even debt collection notices. Contact your bank or SBC to set up autogiro (direct debit) and never miss a payment of this most important of expenses – a roof over your head. You could also choose e-invoicing or Kivra to help us avoid printing and sending paper copies.
The entrance to Dalslandsgatan 2 will be revamped
Several years ago, we renovated the entrances from Götgatan and Ringvägen. Now the time has come to do the same to the heavily-used entrance from Dalslandsgatan 2 in our north-west corner. We will be putting down hard Terrazzo flooring similar to other entrances and renovating the walls and other surfaces. We are hopeful that this will not create too much disturbance or hinder access too much. If you see the work in progress please choose another route, for example via Dalslandsgatan 4 or 6.
No Members Hour in July
As usual there will be no Members Hour in July. We look forward to welcoming you after summer on August 3rd at 18:00.

After the summer holidays we are planning a 40th birthday party in the yard, to celebrate that construction of our property began in 1981 and finished in 1983 – 40 years ago!
