Missade du att svara på enkäten om nyckelbrickor?
Hela 76 procent av alla boende har svarat på inventeringen av nyckelbrickor. Vi tackar för gott samarbete! Nu vill vi gärna att du som inte har svarat ännu också gör det. Vi kommer att spärra de nyckelbrickor som inte redovisas eftersom vi inte kan säkerställa att de innehas av en lägenhetsinnehavare. Billigare att beställa fler nyckelbrickor
För att det ska bli enklare att göra rätt och billigare att beställa fler nyckelbrickor med lägre behörighet har vi sänkt priset. Det nya priset är 150 kronor, i stället för tidigare 250 kronor. Ni beställer som vanligt via SBC. Läs mer här: https://www.rektangeln22.se/nyckelbrickor
Tvättstugan i port 114 stängs 15 augusti
Under augusti månad trappar vi ned antalet bokningsbara tider i tvättstuga 114 p g a förberedelser inför ombyggnationen av den lokalen. Den 15 augusti stängs tvättstugan för gott. Vi hänvisar till övriga tvättstugor som finns i port 106, 120 och 124.
Våtservetter och tidningar i avloppet
Någon boende högre upp har slängt våtservetter och tidningar (tro det eller ej) i avloppet vilket gör att en granne längre ner har fått hela sin lägenhet översvämmad. För hundrade gången ber vi er att inte lägga något annat än toalettpapper och det som kommer ur kroppen i toaletten. Inte heller hårtussar är okej i toaletten. Skippa även doftblock som lätt åker i väg. Var snäll mot dina grannar och vår gemensamma ekonomi och använd avloppet på rätt sätt.
Gymmets ventilation fungerar igen
För den som har tränat i vårt gym de senaste dagarna har det varit en svettig historia. Motorn i ventilationen dog helt. Vi har beställt hem en ny på garantin och frejdiga styrelseledamöter har installerat den. Nu rullar ventilationen fint och det är fritt fram att gymma med rimlig luft igen.
Bygglovet för balkonginglasningar har gått ut
Nuvarande bygglov var giltigt till 2025-07-16. Vi har lämnat in en ny bygglovsansökan den 8 april och väntar på beslut från Stockholm stad. De har tyvärr längre väntetider än normalt. Vi informerar i nyhetsbrev och på hemsidan när det är klart. Ingen kommer att få tillstånd att göra balkonginglasning innan vi har fått det nya bygglovet som kommer att vara identiskt med de föregående.
Visa respekt för dem som bor på gårdsplan
Nu när det är sommar är vi ju mycket mer på gården. Tänk då på att vi har många boende som har sina fönster i gårdsplan och som gärna vill ha sitt privatliv i fred. Säg till era barn att inte komma för nära fönstren eller leka i rabatter i närheten av dem. Och man får såklart inte använda buskagen som toaletter. Det gäller både barn och vuxna. Vi säger detta på förekommen anledning, otroligt nog.
Många böcker i Skänkis nu
Nu är det ovanligt många böcker och trycksaker i Skänkis. Det kan å ena sidan ses som en uppmaning att gå dit och fynda. Å andra sidan är det tyvärr också en del som varit för trasigt för att glädja andra, eller så saknar det, av andra skäl, en tänkbar läsekrets. Fundera gärna ett extra varv om du tror att det du tänker lämna där faktiskt kan glädja någon. Andra trycksaker än böcker bör man fundera lite extra noga på. Ställ gärna själv upp på hyllorna det ni lämnar.
Boulekloten med Lillen finns i låst låda på boulebanan
På grund av lite för mycket slarv med bouleklot och stulna Lillen har vi nu lagt dem i en låda med kodlås. Du som behärskar förmågan att inte slarva bort saker och kan plocka undan och låsa efter dig är välkommen att använda boulekloten. Fråga någon i styrelsen eller i gårdsgruppen om koden eller mejla på info@rektangeln22.se så får du den. Tänk på att kloten enbart ska användas för boule på boulebanan. De är inte en lämplig barnleksak.
Lägg på locken på grillarna när ni är klara
Vi har ju stans bästa grillgård med tre fina grillar. Någon har kanske sett att det har rostat hål i botten i en av dem. Det beror på att kol och aska ligger kvar som det sedan regnar på. Det är godis för ”Rust Never Sleeps”. Bäst är om ni tömmer grillen på kol och aska när ni är klara och sedan lägger på locket (det senare gäller inte lilla grillen som inte har något lock). Om det är för varmt kan ni i alla fall lägga på locken på de stora grillarna så regnar det inte in.
Omogna bär är inte lika goda
Vi ser att många plockar bär och frukt i bärbuskhörnan. Det är själva idén med den och det är glädjande att många får ta del av dem. Men när barn plockar massor med omogna bär och kletar med dem i dynor och stolar så har man lite missat poängen. Så även när andra plockar omogna persikor, tar en tugga och sedan kastar den var som helst för att den var just omogen. Just det gjorde ett ungdomsgäng i förra veckan. Låt bär och frukter mogna på sina grenar och njut av dem senare. Vi har både vita och röda vinbär, krusbär, jostabär och smultron som är mogna. Snart även hallon, persikor och björnbär. Ha tålamod!

Did you miss the survey regarding keytags?
76% of residents have filled in the inventory of keytags. Thank you! We now kindly ask that anyone who has not yet done it, please do so. It is now cheaper to order extra keytags

The laundry in building 114 will close for good on August 15th
During the month of August, we will be reducing the number of bookable slots in the laundry in 114. This is due to preparations for the renovation and conversion of the space. The laundry closes for good on August 15th. We refer residents to the other laundries in buildings 106, 120 and 124.
Wet wipes and newspapers in the drain – again
A resident on an upper floor has thrown wet wipes and newspapers (believe it or not) down the drain, causing an apartment on a lower floor to be completely flooded. Please, for the hundredth time, we ask you not to dispose of anything except toilet paper and bodily waste down the toilet. Clumps of hair are not OK either. Avoid toilet fresheners that can also get flushed by accident. Be kind to your neighbours, and our joint finances, and use drains in the correct way.
The ventilation in the gym has been repaired
For those training in the gym recently, it has been a sweaty story. The motor in our ventilation gave up completely. We have now received a new unit under warranty and our tireless board members have installed it. The ventilation works great again so hit the gym!
Planning permission for glazing balconies has expired
The existing planning permission was valid until 2025-07-16. We submitted a new application on April 8th and are waiting for approval from the city planners. Unfortunately, they have longer wait times than usual. We will go out with information via our newsletter and homepage when permission comes in. Until then, we are not able to approve any balcony glazing. The new permit will be identical to the old one.
Be respectful of neighbours on the ground floor
In summertime we spend a lot of time in the inner yard. Please consider that many neighbours have windows at ground level and value their privacy. Ask your children not to go up too close to others’ windows or play in the gardens directly outside. Obviously, do not use the bushes as a toilet – this applies to both children and adults. It’s hard to believe that we have to say this – but we have reason to.
We have many books in Skänkis just now
At the moment there are unusually many books and printed materials in Skänkis. On the one hand this is good, so take the chance to go find your next read. On the other hand, there is a lot of material that is in poor condition, or too niche to find a broad audience. Take an extra moment to consider whether what you plan to leave there really has a chance of finding a new home. Other printed materials besides books you should also reconsider. Whatever you do leave, please place it on the shelves.
The boule set (including jack) is in the lockbox by the pitch
There has not quite been enough care of the boule set plus too many missing jacks (the small ball) so they are now in a box with a combination lock. Anyone with the ability to put away the balls and lock the box afterwards is welcome to play. For the code, ask a member of the board or the yard group or mail us at info@rektangeln22.se. Remember that the balls are only to be used for boules on the boule pitch, and are not toys for children.
Put the lid on the BBQs when you are done
We have the best yard in town for barbecuing and three fine BBQs. You may have noticed that one of them has rusted through the bottom. This is due to coal and ashes being left which then mix with rain to create perfect acidic conditions for rust. After barbecuing, if possible, empty the remaining coal and ashes into the bucket and place the lid on the BBQ. If it is too hot to remove the ashes, at least put the lid on to keep the rain out.
Unripe berries just aren’t as good
Many people pick fruit and berries in the berry bush corner. This is indeed the point of the area, and it is great that many people take advantage of it. However, when kids pick a load of unripe berries and squish them all over the chairs and cushions, the point has been missed somewhat. Likewise, when others pick unripe peaches, take one bite and then throw the rest away because it was – you guessed it – not ripe. As some teenagers were doing last week. Let the fruit and berries ripen where they are and enjoy them later. We have white and red currants, gooseberries, jostaberries and wild strawberries that are ripe. Soon raspberries, peaches and blackberries. Have patience!
